Ju Schnee’s art is a dialogue of an abstract painted world and the physical object. A balance of imagination, manifestation and reaction.
From the abstract painting, to the manifested sculpture, to the reaction via augmented reality and the return to the digital world.
Ju is known for working in an abstract way, combining her typical forms with different media. Her deep interest for shapes, colors and textures is an always present constituent item in her canvas and sculptural artworks.
The artist’s story started in Austria, where she studied Information Design (BA) and Communication Design (MA) in her hometown Graz.
Ju works in her artist studio in Berlin Mitte since 2020 and develops her significant style as she enjoys working as an independent artist.

She has already shown her work at institutions such as VOLTA
Art Fair Basel and other international Art Fairs like „The Other Art Fair“ by Saatchi Art, Millerntor Gallery, OEVER Gallery in Belgium, incubARTor in Hamburg, Germany Cohle Gallery in and Prior Art Space in Spain. This year her work will be on view at the Art Fair KIAF in Seoul for the first time.
